during the period 15-7-94 to 14-10-94. The purpose of the visit was to observe the Precision
Beam directed planning and treatment delivery in Head and Neck Cancer, Gamma Knife Facility
at Weston Park Hospital, Sheffield and Brachytherapy set up at Christie Hospital, Manchester
and Cookridge Hospital, Leeds. Awarded International Cancer Research and Technology Transfer (ICRED) Fellowship of UICC to
work on 3-~ Planning in Radiotherapy at the Macinckrodt Institute of Radiology, St. Louis (USA)
(May- June 1996). Awarded Kirloskar Tomotherapy Fellowship at AROICON 2010, 32cd National conference of
Association of Radiation Oncologists of India at Patna in November 2010.
