This section looks after the management of human resources for the day to day operations of the hospital. Human Resources are procured on regular employment basis, contractual employment basis and through Outsource services. Regular employees’ recruitment, promotion and disciplinary action etc. are managed by the Human Resources Section. This department is working on home developed human resource management tool. This section is also responsible for arrangement of in-house training programme as well as deputing employees for appropriate training outside the Institute. General administrative procedures are also looked after by this department.
