GCRI/GCS ethics committee is an institutional ethics committee. The Committee is registered under the Central Licencing Authority (Central Drugs Standard Control Organization) vide registration No. ECR/41/Inst/GJ/2013/RR-24 . The ethics committee shall function according to the New Drugs and Clinical Trials Rules, 2019 and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. The committee is also accredited by National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) vide Certificate No: EC-CT-2018-0048
