Our Core Responsibilities

We oversee and execute the comprehensive management and maintenance of hospital infrastructure and technical systems, including:

Infrastructure Maintenance

• Daily upkeep of all hospital buildings, patient areas, OPDs, and critical units.
• Civil repairs and upgrades to ensure structural safety and hygiene.

Utilities & Essential Services

• Continuous supply and quality monitoring of water, electricity, and medical gases (O₂, N₂O, compressed air, vacuum, etc.)
• Fire safety system maintenance including alarms, hydrants, extinguishers, and emergency protocols.

Electrical & Electronics Management

• Maintenance of all electrical systems, switchgears, panels, transformers, and backup generators.
• Regular servicing of electronic medical equipment, lifts, air handling units (AHUs), HVAC systems, and more.

New Construction & Expansion

• Planning and execution of new building projects and departmental expansions.
• Coordination with architects, consultants, and contractors for compliant and efficient construction.

Communication & IT Infrastructure

• Deployment and maintenance of telecommunication systems, intercoms, data cabling, and network equipment.
• Supporting hospital-wide computerization and integration of digital health services.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety

• Ensuring all engineering activities comply with applicable legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Regular audits, documentation, and liaison with statutory authorities for clearances and certifications.
