                    - Verification and sanctioning of applications under various government       and institutional patient welfare schemes for free or concessional       cancer treatment.
 
                  
                  Hospital Death Registration
                  
                    - Accurate and timely       documentation of hospital death records as per legal and public health       requirements.
 
                  
                  Travel Concessions for Patients
                  
                    - Issue of ST/Railway concession       passes to       eligible cancer patients for medical travel support.
