OVERVIEW :

The Administration & Human Resources (HR) Department is the organizational backbone that ensures the right people, processes, and policies are in place to deliver exceptional patient care and hospital operations. From recruitment to retirement, training to discipline, and daily coordination to institutional planning – this department enables the hospital’s human engine to run smoothly and purposefully.
Human Resource Main Scope
- Recruitment of employees through regular and contractual basis as per the norms of Gujarat Government, Gujarat University & B.J. Medical College. e.g. Class – I, II (Doctor’s, Clinical & Non Clinical & Paramedical staff, Part time, Visiting and Honorary staff), Class – III, IV employees of various cadres and Nursing staff and also Management of manpower of all the Satellite Cancer Care Centre’s of Siddhpur, Rajkot & Bhavnagar.
- Management of employee promotion, transfer, leave and retirement process through HR Payroll’s software.
- Enforcement of institutional polices, handling of disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintenance of employee records personal files as per NABH norms and service book.
- Any kind of documents, papers incoming or outgoing which will be maintained through proper Inward no and Outward no.
- We will maintain the incoming and outgoing duty timing of all employees by Bio-Matrix and face detector for attendance system
- To organize the annual Health Check up programme of all employees.
- We maintain all kind of Statistical data of employees for government correspondence.
- GCRI provides various Medical Courses (D.M., M.Ch., M.D) affiliated with B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, Gujarat & The Gujarat University. FNB by National Board of Examinations.
- Para Medical (CMRT, M.Sc in Medical Physics., Ph.D. in cancer research).
